Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VOCO mobile application and the website at vocoapp.io (together, the “Service”), provided by VOCO (“VOCO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
VOCO is an AI-assisted interview preparation and practice tool. It uses your résumé and target-role details to generate interview questions, practice sessions, feedback, summaries, and scores. The Service may change, and we may add, modify, or remove features over time.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Subscriptions and payments
VOCO offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through your app-store account (such as Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your app-store account. Except where required by law or by the applicable app-store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission;
- Misuse the Service in a way that harms VOCO, other users, or any third party.
AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, feedback, summaries, and scores. This output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. VOCO is a practice and preparation tool. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and it does not guarantee any interview or employment outcome. You are responsible for how you use the Service and its output.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service, such as your résumé, profile details, and answers. You grant VOCO a limited license to host, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you, including by sending it to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy.
VOCO and its licensors own all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other intellectual property.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOCO and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
